Vince is a 18 year veteran in commercial real estate and started his career at Studley, Inc., now Savills Studley; a boutique national commercial real estate firm. At Studley, Vince focused on new business development, origination and execution of transactions in Philadelphia and its surrounding markets. Vince’s niche became representing Government Agencies, Institutions and Non-Profit Organizations, large and small, and quickly became one of the leading real estate brokers in the Non-Profit sector based on transaction volume and deal size.

After his tenure at Studley, Vince joined SSH Real Estate as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, which is one of the largest privately held commercial real estate companies in the Greater Philadelphia Region. At SSH, Vince oversaw lease analysis and lease negotiations for a portfolio in excess of 2.5 Million Square Feet.

Along the way, Vince became actively involved in civic and political initiatives; serving on a number Non-Profit Boards, including Hope Partnership for Education and Childrens Crisis Treatment Center (CcTC) and working on Mayor Michael Nutter’s Transition Team; specifically, The Mayors Crime & Safety and Public Property teams.

Vince began to be recognized as an industry leader for his work; named runner-up for The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Real Estate “Deal of the Year” in 2008 for the acquisition of 714 Market St. He was awarded The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Real Estate “Deal of the Year” in 2017 for First Judicial District court system relocation to 714 Market St.
